After responding to a tender opportunity put out by The North East Business and Innovation Centre (BIC) in late December 2014, Intimation Creative Ltd were selected to take on the new Business Central Darlington project earlier this year.
The development of Business Central Darlington has allowed BIC to expand their offering for start up businesses in the area, providing office space as well as conference and training venues. The £6.6 million development, is set to bring hundreds of new jobs to the area.
Intimation worked on creating a new brand for the development, developing the new Business Central Darlington logo and providing branded marketing materials including a dedicated website, promotional brochures and internal signage.
Business Central officially opened to new tenants on 7th April 2015, with tenants Harvey and Hugo already signed up and providing space for 60 businesses in its central location.
