After much consideration and ahead of any further news or advice, I have taken the decision that my entire creative, web and PR teams shall now be working from home in light of the continued uncertainty around COVID-19 (coronavirus). This shall come into effect from Friday 13th March 2020. This is solely a business decision, and I would note that none of our team have any health issues. I would like to try and keep it that way!
We have in place a contingency plan, which we have now rolled out, and this will allow us to continue to service your marketing requirements, and operate much the same as previously. We have the infrastructure in place which allows our team to access all required files over highly secure VPN connections and be provided with the equipment to work effectively from home.
Additionally, our communications and network have been bolstered considerably over the past 12 months and this means that our team can still answer calls to the studio and transfer you to who you wish to speak to without any problem.
We have put in place a number of communication measures and a plan of production measures to ensure that we continue to work effectively, as a team, on your projects in the way that you have come to expect. I can absolutely, personally assure you that this action will have no effect on the delivery of ongoing and future projects.
Currently, we will be happy to have meetings with clients who would prefer a face to face chat, or we can video chat if preferred.
Whilst this is not an ideal situation, I want to ensure that we can provide the level of service that you have come to expect, while safeguarding our workforce, removing them from unnecessary exposure to potential threats and ensuring that we are able to deliver the vital work we undertake for your business in these difficult trading conditions.
In short, we hope that you will notice very little difference in working with us or contacting us.
